Cancellation Policy

How subscription cancellation and data transition are handled.

GyanBox SMS is the product name. Check your school order for the contracting entity and service-specific terms. For student or school record requests, contact the school administrator. For website or account requests, use our contact form.

Cancellation

An authorized school contact may request cancellation through the contact form or the support channel stated in its order. The order controls notice periods, renewal timing and any amounts already due. Cancellation does not by itself reverse charges for service already provided.

Data transition

The school should request and verify any needed export before its service access ends. Retention and deletion are handled under the applicable school agreement, legal requirements and backup lifecycle.
