Commercial details that apply to GyanBox SMS subscriptions.

GyanBox SMS is the product name. Check your school order for the contracting entity and service-specific terms. For student or school record requests, contact the school administrator. For website or account requests, use our contact form.
Plans, currency and taxes
A website price is an offer summary. The applicable order or invoice confirms the currency, amount, plan limits, billing interval, applicable taxes, trial, renewal date and any approved discount before payment.
Renewal and price changes
Renewal and cancellation notice periods follow the applicable order. A price change for an existing subscription is handled with the notice and consent required by that order and applicable law.
Payment
The server calculates the amount due and confirms online payments against the payment provider's verified response. A payment is not complete solely because a browser reports success.
