How refund requests for GyanBox SMS subscriptions are reviewed.

GyanBox SMS is the product name. Check your school order for the contracting entity and service-specific terms. For student or school record requests, contact the school administrator. For website or account requests, use our contact form.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility and amount depend on the applicable order, payment method, service already provided and applicable law. Any non-refundable setup, migration or usage charge must be disclosed in the order before purchase.

Request and processing

An authorized account contact can submit a request through the contact form with the invoice or transaction reference and reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where supported. Payment-provider and bank processing times are outside the website's control.
