Accounts and acceptable use

The subscribing school is responsible for its authorized users, account details, permissions and the accuracy and lawful use of information it submits. Users must protect their credentials and must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or attempt to access another school's information.

School data and the service

The school retains its rights in information it submits. The school authorizes GyanBox SMS to host and process that information as needed to provide the enabled features and support the service. GyanBox SMS retains its rights in the software, brand and related materials.

Features, capacity, price, billing interval, support commitments and renewal terms are the ones shown in the applicable signed order or service agreement. The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Payments, suspension and ending service

The applicable order or invoice identifies amounts due, taxes, payment method and renewal terms. Online payment status is recorded after confirmation from the payment provider. Refunds, cancellation, export and deletion are governed by the applicable order, the published policies and applicable law.

Access may be restricted when needed to address a security risk, unlawful use or an overdue amount, subject to applicable law and the notice or cure period in the service agreement. The signed order or agreement controls any service-specific commitment that differs from this general summary.
